Winter takes on a sharper edge at Sexy Fish, with a new line-up of seasonal dishes that balance bold flavours with Japanese influence. Expect turbot carpaccio with brown butter ponzu and white truffle, udon noodles with mentaiko and white truffle, and duck breast with black goma, sansho and pickled plums.
